Justin is a Resident Physiotherapist with 8 years of experience as a Certified Exercise Physiologist and former Registered Kinesiologist. Justin’s background in treating orthopaedic injury, pre/post-operative rehabilitation, and performance optimization has shaped his passion for helping others restore function and achieve wellness. His treatment approach is centered around therapeutic exercise prescription, manual therapy, and lifestyle modification.
