Nihama is a passionate Physiotherapist who strongly believes in her patients taking charge of their health and well-being by providing patients with the tools and support they require to live their best lives. She completed her Bachelor's of Physiotherapy in India from Gujarat University in 2018 and her Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma from Mohawk College Hamilton ON. Niha enjoys using a combination of manual and soft tissue therapy, exercise and education to help her patients achieve their goals.
