Foundation Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehab clinic located in the heart of the Willow Point area in Campbell River. At Foundation we offer physiotherapy, chiropractic, kinesiology and massage therapy to help you live life the way you want to. We provide active, evidence-based rehab that includes focusing on regaining and increasing your mobility and strength while decreasing pain and discomfort. We treat clients in a one-on-one environment that includes both hands-on and active therapies. We help you build back up to be strong and resilient!
