Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is a group of progressive sports injury and rehabilitation clinics. Our mission is to provide an exceptional health care experience, while promoting recovery, and instilling lifelong tools for wellness and prevention. We find the true causes of your injury. Our multidisciplinary health care team focuses on continued professional development to provide highly skilled, evidence based individualized care while delivering an enhanced client service experience.
