Alexandra is committed to providing the highest quality care to her clients by integrating evidence-based practice with her clinical experience. She believes in implementing highly individualized treatment plans and relies heavily on manual therapy, soft tissue release, exercise prescription, acupuncture and patient education. She values the importance of continuing education and has taken numerous postgraduate courses including Mulligan concept, McKenzie Method, dry needling and taping. As a competitive ballroom dancer, Alexandra is extremely passionate in treating dancers, and athletes.
