Description
Afshin Shams received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University. He then went on to complete his Physiotherapy degree at the European School of Physiotherapy in Amsterdam, Netherlands with special interests in orthopedic and sport rehabilitation. Afshin has an extensive background in athletics, strength and conditioning and has experience working with high school and varsity athletes. His treatments include the use of manual therapy, specific corrective exercises, and the incorporation of strength and conditioning to bridge the gap between the two disciplines.
