Description
Bryn’s passion for working with the human body has taken him on a journey: he’s been an Olympic athlete and world champion rower, a horse physiotherapist, an elite-level manual therapist, and a trauma psychotherapeutically informed bodyworker, among other roles. For more than 17 years, he has combined myofascial release, manipulative therapy, movement retraining, therapeutic exercise, Trauma/tension ReleaseExercises (TRE), and functional dry needling to get to the heart of what a person brings into the room and facilitate the healing process.
