Description
Clinically, Astur's special interests include pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic age-related degenerative conditions (i.e. osteoarthritis), repetitive stress injuries and jaw (TMJ) dysfunction. Astur continuously seeks out the most up-to-date literature to ensure evidence-based practice is being upheld. It is his mandate to develop individualized treatment programs, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, activity modification, dry needling and education with the intent to fulfill each patient’s personal therapeutic goals.
