Shahina believes in active rehabilitation and team work, where she works with clients to achieve their goals with a combination of education, manual therapy techniques, dry needling and individualized exercise programs. She works with clients of all age groups, enjoys treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions, with a special interest in Vestibular and Concussion management. She likes hiking, biking, exploring various trails in and around the city, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Guajarati and Urdu.
