Description
Alisha is a resident Physiotherapist registered with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario. She practiced physiotherapy at a neuro-based hospital and gained experience working in both in-patient and outpatient departments. At Georgian College, she learned concepts related to body biomechanics and applied them in developing personalized exercise plans. Alisha uses different hands-on manual therapy techniques such as mobilization, strengthening, stretching exercises, STM, and various electrical modalities including heat and cold therapy according to the individual needs of her patients.
