Description
Paul is passionate about helping people - from the couch warrior to elite athletes - reach their full potential. He uses a variety of techniques, including joint mobilization/manipulation, core stabilization and exercise programs, neural tissue mobilization, postural taping, myofascial release, acupuncture and IMS. He believes in the importance of assessing and treating the 'whole' person. He is an instructor within the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program offered by the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, and is a mentor for physiotherapists enrolled in the program.
