Jessica values taking the time to understand each individual, which allows her to offer individually tailored, patient-centred care. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and on all types of injuries. Jessica is a strong believer in continuous learning and improvement, and has obtained additional certifications in manual therapy and acupuncture, and training in concussion and TMJ management. Jessica understands the importance of physical well-being as the foundation for a happy and healthy life. A former competitive swimmer, Jessica has expanded her interests to triathlons.

At Encompass Sports Therapy, our philosophy is grounded in providing our patients with the most effective and efficient treatment possible, and being open about what we do and why we do it. Our team works in a collaborative environment, and our practitioners often work together to ensure that patients get better as fully and quickly as possible. Our physiotherapists and chiropractors are certified in Active Release Techniques, Graston technique, acupuncture, and shockwave therapy. Direct billing is available to almost all insurance companies for all of our services at our clinics.
