Having experienced leaking with exercise since she was in high school, Laura understands the discomfort and vulnerability of struggling with pelvic floor issues, so she decided to pursue further education in the field of Pelvic Health.  

Since graduating, she has continued her education in incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, postpartum recovery, and sexual trauma.

In her spare time, you can find Laura learning new recipes, enjoying her garden and exploring new countries!
