Tiffany loves working with everyone, helping to create a safe space for all bodies, and genders, whether they are already active, or need help becoming more active. She wants everyone to move better and to continue doing what they love. She has a lot of experience with sports injuries, and since working here, she has continued to expand her knowledge and experience in everyday postural injuries, chronic diseases, disc injuries, osteoarthritis pain, plantar fasciitis, pre and post surgery rehabilitation, and post car accident rehabilitation.
