Description
Judy completed her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology at McMaster University in 1992. She then received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 1995. She spent her early career working in orthopedics and pediatrics at the Kitchener-Waterloo Health Centre of Grand River Hospital. Her post graduate studies have included the McKenzie Institute level D, acupuncture, myofascial release, and kinesiotaping. Other courses have included soft tissue release, APTEI courses and mindfulness-based pain reduction.
