Completed bachelor of physiotherapy degree from Gujarat University, India. Has completed Health Wellness and Fitness Diploma at Mohawk College and an Integrated Dry Needling certification course. Also certified in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy through Pelvic Health Solutions. I am passionate about educating women on prenatal and postnatal conditions, such as pelvic/low back pain, diastasis rectus, incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. Nihama provides pelvic treatment and strategies for a safe return to daily activity and exercise.
