Nishad is a graduate from the University of Mumbai, India, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Nishad's passion and understanding of physical rehabilitation started off while playing as a varsity soccer player. Today, that passion fuels his work as a physiotherapist. Nishad obtained Taping Certification in 2016, and FIFA Football Medicine diploma in 2017. He specializes in Exercise therapy, Soft Tissue Release, and Joint Mobilization and he strongly believes that a mixture of hands-on therapy and exercise prescription leads to effecttive outcome.
