Description
Having grown up in Victoria, Mary-Anne knows the West Coast well. She enjoys keeping active in a variety of ways, from cycling around the Gulf Islands with friends in the summer to hitting the hills on her snowboard in the winter. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and weightlifting are also in the mix to help her keep a healthy, active lifestyle, in addition to travelling and scuba diving. Mary-Anne works with a variety of populations, including competitive and recreational athletes. soft tissue release techniques, IMS/dry needling, kinesio/athletic taping, and most importantly, education + exercise!

Our main focus is to better understand you as a human, so we can best identify the probable cause(s) of your pain and create a recovery program utilizing your likes, goals, and life plans. We offer a variety of services in addition to physiotherapy, including pelvic floor therapy, concussion rehab, chronic pain recovery, bike fitting, vestibular therapy, IMS/dry needling, TeleHealth, and Nutritional Counselling :)
