Helen strives to work collaboratively with individuals to help them build and maintain their physical capacity for the things they love. She listens to each person’s story in order to guide them towards greater confidence and trust in their bodies using movement as a primary catalyst for healing. She has a special interest working with performing artists, including dancers, singers and musicians, and has notable experience with treating hand and wrist injuries.

Her own physical activity background includes pre-professional dance, hiking,running, swimming, cycling, rock climbing, and tai chi.

Get hands-on, active, and empowering care with you at the centre. We are a team of registered physiotherapists dedicated to helping guide you along your recovery path. Our main focus is to better understand you as a human, so we can best identify the probable cause(s) of your pain and create a recovery program utilizing your likes, goals, and life plans. We offer a variety of services in addition to physiotherapy, including pelvic health/floor rehab, concussion rehab, chronic pain recovery, bike fitting, vestibular therapy, IMS/dry needling, and TeleRehab!
