Description

Julie completed dual-degrees in Life Sciences and Physical and Health Education at Queen's University. Upon graduation, she attended the University of Toronto to complete her Master’s of Physiotherapy, where she finished at the top of her class. Her post-graduate training includes Functional Dry Needling, acupuncture, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Soft Tissue Release, Manual Therapy courses through the Orthopaedic Division, and Management of Post-Concussion Syndrome. Julie strongly believes that proper mobility and stability are key for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

We offer Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Athletic Therapy. 

We offer one-on-one sessions with our Clinicians, in order for you to get personalized care. We provide motivated individuals with our integrated approach to rehabilitation. We aim to empower all clients to move and perform at their highest level- in sport, in fitness, in health, and in life.  

Our facility is a large, spacious clinic that is fully-stocked with gym equipment in order to truly test your return to sport or activity.
