Matthew Nicol

Description

Matt earned his Masters in Rehabilitation Science Physiotherapy from McMaster University after graduating Summa Cum Laude with an Honours Bachelors of Science Kinesiology. 

Inspired by his athletic history, Matt’s rehab approach is exercise and movement-based, while integrating manual therapy techniques to achieve patient goals. 

He has used this approach successfully with a wide range of patients, including individuals at the international, professional, NCAA, and USPORT levels, along with weekend warriors and recreational athletes. He has a particular interest in speed and agility mechanic

At COAST our goal is to empower people by improving their movement capabilities so they can perform in life, recreation and athletics. Our team will focus on maximizing each client’s performance through proper manual therapy and exercise-based interventions.
