Description
Tracy received her Masters of Physical Therapy degree from UBC. She is a former competitive gymnast and exercise enthusiast who strongly believes in the healing power of movement. Tracy has work and personal experience in multiple different areas, including elite and recreational athletics, pediatrics, neurological disorders, and surgical recovery. Combining her critical eye for technique with progressive exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, IMS/Dry needling & Clinical Pilates, she hopes to help reduce pain and empower patients to feel stronger and more confident with movement.
