Description
Rick has been a practicing physiotherapist in the Vancouver area since graduating from McMaster University in 2015. His philosophy integrates techniques from many different schools of rehabilitation including Manual Therapy, Dry Needling(IMS) and Rehabilitative Exercise. Rick believes that the core of physiotherapy should focus on giving people the tools and the confidence they need to take control of their recovery. He is a strong proponent of moving well, moving often and moving with intention. Rick is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
