James is always seeking ways for me to correct muscle imbalances/weaknesses with exercises and stretches, so I don't have to visit him -- or at least not on a regular basis. He understands my issues and my desire to remain as active as possible so I can live a strong, independent life. He is a brilliant partner in my health care and I respect his experience and advice.
