Description
Jessica is a graduate from Dalhousie University with a BSc in Kinesiology and MSc in Physiotherapy with a certificate in Disability Management. Prior to completing her studies, Jessica worked with the Canadian Armed Forces as a fitness instructor where she discovered her passion for working with individuals to achieve optimal performance at work, sport and recreational activity. Jessica has completed further training in manual and manipulative therapy, functional dry needling, functional movement screening and the prevention of running injuries.
