Shirley is probably one of the fittest females in the world and a jill of all trades. During her undergrad years, she played on the varsity soccer team for the University of Toronto and won rookie of the year. Shirley has trained in many parts of musculoskeletal physio, but she holds a special interest/training in vestibular rehabilitation. So whether you’re coming for an ankle sprain or feeling like you have permanent sea legs, Shirley’s there to catch you if you fall.
