Kate Reid graduated from the Western University in 2003, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She is an experienced physiotherapist who has advanced training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, manual therapy, and running assessment. Kate uses a variety of treatment interventions including: progressive exercises, manual techniques, acupuncture, and dry needling to help assist clients of all ages and all fitness levels to achieve their wellness goals. Kate values a healthy lifestyle and maintains a focus on her clients' functional goals.
