Description
Kate Reid has a degree in both Physiotherapy and Kinesiology from Western University in London, Ontario. She is certified in acupuncture, manual therapy, and has advanced training in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation. She is an avid, competitive runner and has training in running analysis and injury. She uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and acupuncture to help clients of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their wellness goals. This includes strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and sport specific training.
