Description
Mike completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) at Memorial University, having his thesis examining the benefits of Foam Rolling featured in Men’s Health Magazine and published academically in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning. He then obtained his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Mike feels strongly that patients must be engaged, informed and active throughout their recovery process and will spend time educating patients so that they understand their condition, the prognosis and how the treatment plan will help with their complaints.
