Martin Sauvé a complété son baccalauréat en Physiothérapie à l’Université de Laval en 1991. Dès la fin de son BAC, il s’est inscrit à des cours en thérapie manuelle, complétant le niveau E3-V3. Il a suivi des cours de formation continue chaque année depuis, incluant un cours en 2014 sur l’usage des aiguilles sèches sous le derme complété. C’est une technique très efficace pour le traitement des douleurs et tensions musculaires persistantes . Martin a aussi suivi une formation dans le traitement des blessures liées à la course à pied, un domaine qui le passionne.
