Description
I take an approach that is centred on the patient as a person, their needs, goals, and particular circumstances. I tend to focus a lot on movement but also provide a good deal of hands on care. I love working with movers of all abilities and backgrounds. Whether you are someone who is looking to feel better after an injury, a barbell athlete who needs to squat pain-free, or a mum of three who's hoping to get back to running I am here to help you move and feel better.
