I graduated with my Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2016. I use a patient-focused approach using hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue massage, acupuncture and dry needling.
I have taken a strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy for men and women. I have completed levels 1-4 through pelvic health solutions with plans to expand my knowledge base. Pelvic health physiotherapy is an integral part of pain-free pre and post-natal care.
