Provider information

Description

I completed my Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen's University. Prior to this, I studied at the University of Toronto, completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology (minor in Music History & Culture).

Outside of the clinic, I have the privilege of working as a Sport Physiotherapist with Team Canada Senior Women’s Indoor Volleyball. I aim to take an active approach to treatment with all of my patients, including personalized treatment and exercise plans, and to help my patients, whether high performance athletes or weekend warriors, to achieve their goals.
