Sasha Hammell graduated from the University of Western Ontario with her Masters in Physical therapy and holds an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from McMaster University. In addition to her physiotherapy training, Sasha has also taken continuing education courses that focus on Active Release Therapy, Acupuncture, and Functional Movement Assessment. She enjoys helping people of all ages suffering from injury, illness or disability, through exercise, manual therapy, modalities, education and advice.
