Description
I have the experience to assess and treat various orthopedic injuries with a population that includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. I believe in treating a patient as a whole and in an empathetic manner. By utilizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to treatment that includes manual therapy, exercise, and education, I hope to optimize a patient's wellbeing and performance. In my spare time, I like to get outside to hike, bike, and skate to maintain an active lifestyle! I also love to bake healthy - and not so healthy - treats.
