She has extensive post graduate training in IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), Vestibular Therapy, Advanced Orthopedics, Women’s Health, Yoga Therapy and Clinical Pilates. She uses a very attentive, individualized approach through manual therapy, dry needling and movement therapy for busy mamas, weekend warriors, mva and post-operative patients as well as youth and senior athletes. Mary facilitates empowerment and transformation and is driven to help you achieve your goals.
