Heidi is a cardiorespiratory (lungs and heart) as well as an orthopaedic physiotherapist. She bases her practice on a client centered approach, focusing on spending time with each client ensuring meaningful and quality care. She understands the importance of getting to know each client and working to tailor treatment and exercise programs to best fit individual lifestyles. Throughout this process, she spends time educating and encouraging clients to take a hands-on approach to their rehabilitation and treatment.
