Description
Anita has a fellowship in advanced assessment and treatment of orthopaedic conditions (FCAMPT). She is also an instructor with Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy. She utilizes manual therapy, movement education and exercise as the majority of her treatment sessions and will tailor the exercises to meet the clients goals. Her clientele ranges from all ages and activity levels. She has a keen interest in runners, weight lifters, CrossFit and other functional fitness athletes but also believes in maintaining fitness for independence in all stages and ages of life.
