Description
Justin was born in Ontario and raised in Calgary. Athletics, sports, and movement have always been extremely important to Justin. Justin has been a committed CrossFit athlete since the age of 12 and grew up playing hockey and weightlifting. Justin was involved with multiple Calgary fitness communities from a young age. He went on to use his fitness experience and burgeoning desire to help others by becoming a coach at a local CrossFit gym. Through his experiences as both athlete and coach, Justin saw the importance of injury recovery and prevention.
