Yolanda has acquired over 23 years of experience since graduating with a BSc.PT degree at the University of the Free State, South Africa, following her BSc in Physiology and Psychology. Early in her career, she specialized in Hip & Knee replacement rehabilitation in the UK. Since moving to Canada, she has worked mainly in private practice while completing courses focused on Sport injuries, rehabilitation, Orthopaedic injuries, and both basic and advanced Acupuncture & Dry-needling courses. She became a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2019 to further her hands on treatment style.
