Description
Jonathan obtained his MSc in Physiotherapy at McMaster University, and both a BSc and MSc in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. He has a strong background in exercise, from personal training at U of O to conducting research on exercise during pregnancy. In addition, Jonathan combines manual therapy techniques and education to create a well-rounded treatment plan. Every patient is unique, so his treatments are tailored based on goals and functional abilities. Jonathan plans to expand his skillset with courses, and in his spare time he enjoys working out, bouldering, and board games.
