Jess has a BSc in science from Queen’s University and MSc in Physiotherapy from Glasgow Caledonian University. Upon graduating, she worked as a pediatric physio at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in England. She does not only work with children but enjoys clientele from all walks of life. She uses a combination of hands on therapy and exercises to help her clients reach their goals. Additional training: -Level 1 Pilates Mat Work Instructor: APPI -OTAGO fall prevention -Aquatic therapy Jess enjoys keeping active and reading. She is also an avid traveler, with lots of stories from her travels
