Mike has worked and traveled with various sporting teams in Canada and Australia and continues to travel and work with the Canadian Ski Cross Team.

- Mike Conway first completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Victoria in Canada, before heading off to Australia to study physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. In 2005 he completed a Masters degree in Physiotherapy studies, in 2007 he completed a Masters degree in Manipulative Physiotherapy and then in 2009 he completed a Masters degree in Sports Physiotherapy.
