Description

Pha-Ly graduated with her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2006. She incorporates Manual Therapy, active exercises, Mulligan/Mckenzie concepts, neuromobilization, cupping therapy, taping and contemporary acupuncture techniques in her treatments. In high school she had recurrent injuries to her knee from flag football and volleyball which required multiple surgeries and post operative rehab. She realized the importance of active based therapy and consistent training to return to the sports that she loved.
