Sheela has spent over 20 years working with her clients to improve their pain, become more active and increase their quality of life.  

Sheela has successfully completed several post-graduate courses in manual therapy, McKenzie Spinal Rehabilitation, acupuncture, chronic pain and pain science.

 Sheela has a special interest in Pelvic Health, and has furthered her education with international conferences and courses in incontinence, pelvic pain, pediatrics, oncology, pre/post natal care, as well as gastrointestinal and bowel dysfunction.
