Sina utilizes a variety of manual techniques, such as soft tissue release and joint mobilizations, exercise prescription and education to assist clients in achieving their goals. He also has completed his Level 1 certification under the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopedic division with plans to complete further levels of the Advanced Orthopedic Manual, along with courses in acupuncture and dry-needling.
