Kate is passionate about movement. She has a strong focus on patient-centred care, with a goal of ascertaining each individual’s unique biopsychosocial needs and personal goals. She utilizes a neurofunctional assessment approach, manual therapy skills, contemporary medical acupuncture, functional exercise prescription, and patient education to assist clients. Kate has a special interest in hip conditions in the young adult population and has taken a course on current advances in treatment and rehabilitation practices.
