Alana's experience working as a kinesiologist with runners and athletes and post-operative knees and shoulders, further shaped her active and functional approach to rehabilitation. Her main mission is to help get her patients get moving and back to enjoying the activities they love. During her clinical internships, she worked with a wide variety of patients from older adults, to those with neurological conditions, to semi-professional athletes.

She utilizes a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach and collaborates with her patients to provide specific and individualized care.
