Description
Alex has had many experiences that led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. From working with older adults in retirement homes to coaching athletes with the Western Dragonboat Team, he learned the value of living a lifestyle centered around pain-free movement. Alex believes in a multimodal treatment approach with joint mobilizations, soft tissue release, client education, and targeted exercises focused on treating the root cause of the client's injury.
