Description
Hannah is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and has completed Herman & Wallace's Athletes & Pelvic Rehabilitation. Hannah is especially interested in fourth trimester rehabilitation, orthopaedics, return to sport, and manual therapy. She will work with you to establish an individualized treatment plan that will clearly outline short and long term goals. Your treatment session with begin with a thorough, hands-on evaluation, which Hannah will use to help you learn about the causes of your symptoms so that you can confidently undertake a unique exercise program.
