Description
Andrea has continued to expand her knowledge and skills with other soft tissue and manual courses. She has a strong interest in the diagnosis and treatment of the fascial system dysfunction having taken extensive courses in Myofascial Release in Arizona through John. F. Barnes. She plans further courses in this program focusing on Woman's Issues. As an avid athlete herself, she was on the varsity gymnastics team (McMaster). Andrea presently continues to be active racing in the Ontario and Quebec Mountain Bike Series. She also runs, cross country skis, golfs and hikes.
